By placing an order through MadeInSea, you agree to the terms and conditions below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to countries of the European Union and the United States.
If you wish to return an item and want a refund, please notify us within 14 days after delivery via email to contact@madeinsea.co . If you have found a defective product, then please send us a picture of the damaged product. We will send you a new item at no additional cost, and if you no longer need the item, we will refund the entire order amount on the card you used while shopping. If you have ordered the wrong product and want to exchange it, then return shipping charges are your responsibility.
Return and Refund Conditions:
The product should not be used. Once we have received the product, we will refund the order amount. on the card, you used when you made the purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@madeinsea.co . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right.
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong items, wrong sizes, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at contact@madeinsea.co .
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refund Period:
It takes 5-7 working days for the customer to receive a refund. We return the money to the customer’s card after receiving the goods.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
