Shipping policy
Processing time:
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
Shipping time:
Standard Shipping: We usually deliver orders within 5-9 business days. (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team if you do not receive this email. You can also track your order by emailing us at contact@madeinsea.co
Delivery Costs:
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders. For international orders, a shipping fee of 4.99-7.99USD applies, depending on the shipping destination.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the order's total to be refunded.
UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. If you find the parcel damaged or incomplete, you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” then contact us on the day of delivery.
Change of delivery address:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within one day of placing your order at contact@madeinsea.co
BANK HOLIDAYS
We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
